Sannaeeum Green Super Silica

Sannaeeum Green Super Silica is an aqueous one-liquid type having colloidal silica as a binder, and is a coating material of super-corpuscular and inorganic polymer series for building. It has a setting property at normal temperature as well as a fast setting, forming silica film promptly. This product has excellent functions such as weather durability, contamination resistance, water repellency, non-flammability, air venting, and adhesiveness peculiar to silica, compared to conventional emulsion paints made of synthetic resins.

1. Features

• Since it is stable against ultraviolet rays and heat, its durability is excellent for long-time use.
• Since its soak ability and adhesiveness is excellent compared to conventional emulsion paints, it can be applied directly without a sealer.
• Since it has electric-charging prevention ability, it prevents surface contamination, making it always clean.
• It is a product free of environmental pollution, without any organic solvent that causes air pollution or harmfulness to the human body.
• Since it is inorganic polymer paint, its coating film is nonflammable.
• Since it is an aqueous one-liquid type, it can be used directly on the site.

2. Application

• Indoors and outdoors
• Surfaces of concrete, mortar, PC, ALC, lightweight concrete, concrete block, and other repair works

3. Condition of the ground surface

• For the ground materials such as mortar and concrete, use it after sufficient curing and drying at moisture levels below 10% and pH levels below 10.
• For materials having a high absorption rate like ALC, apply surface treatment materials or absorption preventive materials first.
• Completely remove white powder, unhardened cement, oil, foreign materials, and form removal agent for better coating.
• For damaged and cracked ground surfaces, treat with Green Super that is a ground-surface treatment material.
