Super Silicone SPC

Super Silicone SPC is a reactive coating material of a dual liquid consisting of silicone and acrylic resin. It features fast-setting, excellent adhesiveness against base materials, and excellent weather durability. It is also a coating material having excellent adhesiveness against Super Silicone LION.

1. Features

1. It has excellent weather durability and water repellency. 
2. It has proven adhesiveness, contamination resistance, and water resistance. 
3. Its adhesion with Super Silicone LION is also excellent.

2. Use

1. FRP, plastic, and ABS resins
2. Various steel plates, stainless steel, and nonferrous metals
3. Wood, stone materials, ceramic tile, glass, brick, concrete structure, etc.

3. How to use

• Coating method
• Treatment of the ground surface: Remove dust, foreign materials, laitance, and form removal agent stuck to the surface for better coating. After drying, keep the surface clean.
• Mixing ratio: A liquid to B liquid = 3 : 1 (volumetric ratio)
• Dilution: Do not dilute; use original solution as is.
• Coating: brush, roller, and spray coating
• Use quantity: 0.1 ～0.2 kg/㎡ (per use)
• Washing of coating tools: Use lacquer thinner to wash the tools.

4. Suggestions upon use

1. Don't use Super Silicone SPC in temperatures under 5℃, relative humidity of 85% or higher, or when rainfall, snowfall,  or strong winds are foreseen.
2. Use it as recommended, sealing the original solution after use. Do not pour any remaining solution into the original product.
3. Since Liquids A and B contain an organic solvent, avoid open flames.
4. For the surface to be properly coated, dry it and avoid use for at least 10 minutes.
5. It is a type of drying and setting at normal temperature. Red, blue, and black colors are available.
